Hydration it has always been an important factor in the life of every woman who cares about her appearance. Can you imagine how women used to take care of themselves when there were no creams, lotions, serums. And they certainly took care of themselves. They probably resorted to solutions that were within their reach.

Today, when we have a wide selection of products for facial care and hydration, a large number of doubts still arise. Should you choose a cream from a pharmaceutical company or one whose composition has been written by medical experts. Or simply put your trust in an expensive cream with a well-known selective brand in front of it... and maybe just go to the drugstore and buy a hydrating cream for all skin types. And so on. And in the end we are back at the beginning.

Facial hydration with hydrating creams

Numerous debates have been conducted on the topic of harmful ingredients that should not be found in the composition of skin creams facial hydration. Thus, a whole series of undesirable elements that can harm our organism was created.

Today, when we take a cream in our hands, we no longer focus on the benefits and what in its composition would particularly please our skin. On the contrary. We only see that the product does not happen to have any harmful chemical substances. And so, in our search for the right product, driven by fear and insecurity, we are further away from the solution.

In any case, your hydrating cream should combine the fatty part (lipids or in other words fats) and the water part. When it comes to the fatty part, it is advisable to give preference to vegetable oils. Why? Because it's natural! Mineral oils widely used in traditional cosmetics are actually petroleum derivatives and as such have no nutritional or regulatory properties. Mineral oils form an impermeable layer on your skin that prevents water loss, but they have no healing properties. There are even claims that they clog the pores on the skin by forming a film that does not allow the skin to breathe, and therefore act comedogenic.

Adequate facial hydration

It is a fact that as we enter our mature years, our skin cries out for adequate care.

Hormones, stress and weather conditions affect our body and therefore our skin. She becomes dry and dehydrated. Correct facial hydration helps prevent the appearance of wrinkles.

Cells that have an optimal level of hydration are able to effectively fight toxins and make the skin more resilient. Hyaluronic acid is responsible for retaining water in our skin. When the skin has enough moisture in it, it looks healthier on the outside, it gains radiance and shine.

Also, in order to protect the skin from UV radiation, microorganisms and toxic agents, it must be well hydrated. Hydrated skin is flexible and allows our protective barrier to remain intact.

After cleansing the face, the next thing to do is to hydrate the skin. It should be an indispensable step in your beauty routine because it helps keep the skin healthy, beautiful and at the same time protects it from external aggressions. Well-hydrated skin is healthy skin! Hydration of the skin, especially your face, is essential to protect it and allow it to radiate.

Why is facial hydration important?

We will try to give a more specific answer as to why we hydrate our face.

As you know the skin plays an important role between our body and the outside world. In other words, it protects us. This barrier, which we can freely call "heroic", has an important place in our organism. The problem arises when it starts to weaken over time. Namely, the hydrolipidic film that covers and protects it can be changed, in which case the skin becomes more easily dehydrated, and tightening and redness can occur. The skin certainly loses some water on a daily basis. However, in order to be healthy, she must maintain a hydration rate of around 13%. When this hydrolipidic film is altered, the skin is less protected. Therefore, the main mission of the hydration routine is to preserve and reconstruct this film or even provide an external source of hydration if the skin is really dry.

We haven't listed all of these to confuse you even more. On the contrary. When you think that it is all very complicated and that it is difficult to choose a good hydrating cream that suits our skin type and at the same time be completely safe as far as its composition is concerned....

And just when a whole series of questions arise and when it seems to you that the solution is simply impossible, it can be right there at your fingertips. Maybe right in your kitchen.

The kitchen?

Yes, in the kitchen. We wanted to tell you that the good news is that you can hydrate your skin naturally with the help of certain foods that we put in our body. If the numerous benefits of these foods for our body have already been proven, why not use them for skin care as well.

As we said, some of them you already have in your kitchen. For some, you may have to go to distant Asia or South America, but if your motto is "everything wants beauty", then it is worth the "sacrifice".

For the complete regeneration of the skin, facial hydration has always been an important factor in the life of every woman who cares about her appearance. Although today men put a lot of effort into their appearance and skin care. But in addition to the best creams and the use of various oils, we should still pay attention to the use of as much quality water as possible, namely hydrogenated water enriched with hydrogen, which kills free radicals in the body and thus preserves our health.
