Based on the provision of art. 13 and art. 27 of the law on consumer protection (official gazette rs 62/2014) limited liability company for trade, production and services Aponi d.o.o. informs its consumers who buy goods online:

That the sale of goods via the website www.aponi.rs is carried out as part of the registered activity of the company Aponi doo, Bulevar Despota Stefana 116, 11000 (Palilula) Belgrade, Serbia, Mat. no. 21398900, PIB: 110893591, Tel.: +381 11/3341 543, www.aponi.rs;

That the basic characteristics of the goods can be found on the website www.aponi.rs;
- That according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014) purchases are made through our sales website www.aponi.rs considered distance selling;
- That the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;

- That VAT is already included in the stated price for each item;
- That the delivery cost is free if the order amount is greater than RSD 1,500.00. If the amount of the order is less than RSD 1,500.00, delivery is charged in the amount of RSD 250.00;
- That we deliver the ordered goods within 3 working days via the D Express courier service in the manner defined on the Delivery method page here;
- That the purchase of goods with special price benefits or price incentives is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified on the online store www.aponi.rs;
- That the consumer purchases the goods via the online store www.aponi.rs can pay with payment cards, payment to the account or cash on delivery, i.e. in cash upon collection;
- That the consumer has the right to replace the delivered article if the article is damaged or incomplete, in the manner defined here.
- That in the case of receiving the goods, the consumer does not want to keep the same item, he has the right to withdraw from the contract and refund the amount of the purchase price paid for the goods in question within 14 days in the manner defined here.

- We always try to have every item in the web store in stock, but due to market dynamism and the number of sales facilities we have, there is a possibility that in some cases, items that are no longer available in our warehouse may be ordered. If this happens, our sales department will notify you by email or phone and offer you an alternative. Please note that the information on available quantities is adjusted to the real situation every 24 hours and that it is possible that the item you have selected is not currently available, which our team will inform you about.

All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia - Dinar (RSD). The amount for which your payment card will be debited will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by your bank, which is currently unknown to us. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a difference from the original price listed on our website.

Delivery Information

Aponi d.o.o. has a signed contract with the courier service D Express and delivery is made throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia!

For all orders received by 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery time is 3 working days for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. In case the order was placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), delivery is made as for orders received on Monday - that is, the next working day.

If the method of payment is through an account, delivery takes up to 3 working days, after recording the payment.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional information

Items will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling of goods in transit. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damages. All subsequent product complaints due to damage caused during delivery will not be accepted.

When picking up the product, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note, which is taken by the delivery worker of the D Express courier service. The consignment note is considered a confirmation of the delivery and receipt of the goods.

Restrictions on delivery of goods

The delivery of items purchased on the website www.aponi.rs is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is currently not possible.

Method of payment

If you have decided to purchase our products through the website, we offer you the option of paying in several ways:
Cash on delivery - you can pay in cash when you pick up the shipment
By payment to the account (natural persons) - by filling in the payment form and paying at the counter of any bank or post office
By payment to the account (legal entities) - direct payment to our current account after issuing the pro-invoice
By payment card - one of the prominent payment cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dina, American Express)

Cash on delivery

When picking up a shipment that you previously ordered through our website, payment for the order is made exclusively in cash in dinar currency to the courier of our partner courier service who brings the shipment to you.

By payment to the account (natural persons)

By filling out the payment slip and paying at the counter of any bank or post office.

Payment to the account (legal entities)

Possible payment method exclusively for legal entities. Payment is made to our current account upon issuance of the pro-invoice.

Payment by cards

You can pay for your order using the payment cards featured on the site.
When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the bank's page, which is protected and safe for this type of payment. Your payment card information is never available to our system.
On this page you need to enter the following information: 
Card number, 
expiration date and
CVC2/CVV2 code, which you can read from the back of your card. 

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the complete payment process is performed on the pages of the processor itself, i.e. the bank.

Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

*Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and the bank, and the Internet merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged.

Payment is not possible in foreign currency, but only in RSD currency. Payment is possible with payment cards of domestic and foreign banks.

A customer using the online card payment service through our online store must meet the following conditions:
- Delivery of goods is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, at the address specified in the order.
- Only the owner of the payment card can make the payment.

Complaints and cancellation of purchase

Products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally necessary documentation. If there is a need to advertise a specific article on quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, in the same way as if you bought the goods in a traditional store.

If the delivered product is damaged or incomplete, the problem must be recorded on the spot, in front of the courier, by checking the goods and if something is wrong, report the defect immediately. If the courier does not wait for you to check the package, the deadline for complaints is 14 days. If the package delivered to you by the courier is damaged, you can refuse the shipment, if the damage is found after delivery and opening of the package, you are obliged to report the complaint within 24 hours, otherwise it will not be accepted.
In the event of a complaint, contact us at the contact numbers on our page to arrange the collection of the defective device and deliver it to our complaints service.
If the product you ordered arrives damaged during delivery, you must contact the courier service that delivered the product within 24 hours in order to make a report, and then inform us about it.
You have a period of 14 days, from the day of receipt, to return the goods to the seller, if for some reason you are not satisfied. The customer can return the goods only with an INVOICE and written REASON FOR RETURN. We will accept the goods and issue a refund, if you have not damaged or otherwise reduced the value of the product during that period. You need to inform us about it at [email protected] and fill out the form for unilateral termination of the contract located on this site. The return of goods and money is at the expense of the buyer.

Right to withdraw

In accordance with the valid Law on Consumer Protection, (Official Gazette of RS No. 62/2014) we inform you of the following:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, i.e. off-premises by means of a statement of withdrawal from the contract if it is sent to the trader within 14 days from the day when the goods arrived in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party specified by the consumer who is not the carrier .
By withdrawing from the contract, you are released from all obligations, except for the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods that are returned due to the withdrawal from the contract.
The products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, the original invoice and form - declaration of withdrawal from the contract - must be attached.
The consumer may, within 14 days from the date of concluding a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the business premises, withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces a legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant.
Article 33 of the Law on Consumer Protection
If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, it is considered that the contract has not even been concluded and the obligations stipulated in Articles 34 and 35 of this law arise.
The trader is obliged to return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
In the case of returning the goods and refunding the funds to the customer who paid for the goods by cash on delivery or payment order, the funds will be returned to the current account. It is necessary for the customer to submit the number of the current account in order to return the funds to the mail [email protected] or phone: 011/3341 543.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Aponi d.o.o. is obliged to make refunds exclusively via Visa, EC/MC, Dina and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund funds to the user's card account at the seller's request.
In the case of a contract for the sale of goods that is concluded outside the business premises or at a distance, the merchant is obliged to return to the consumer the funds he paid under the contract when he receives or takes over the goods he delivered to the consumer under the contract, i.e. when he receives proof that the consumer sent the goods to the merchant, regardless of which of those actions the consumer took first.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the trader, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the form - declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

With the help of this data, we will be able to deliver the desired goods to you, as well as inform you about the current status of the order. All user data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Apona d.o.o. are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card process, Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, so the complete billing process is done on the bank's website. The use of our services implies the user's agreement with the specified terms of use. Aponi d.o.o. undertakes to comply with all of the above, and all changes to the conditions become valid only after they are published on this page and an e-mail notification is sent to all registered users.

What private data do we collect and why do we collect it?

Comments

When users leave comments on our page, we collect only the data displayed in the comment, the user's IP address and browser to prevent spam emails and data.

If you leave a comment on our site, we can save your name and email address in cookies. This is for your safety, so that you don't have to enter all the details again when posting a new comment. These cookies will be stored for one year.
